SolaHD updated the S4K2U Series Industrial On-Line UPS product family. Customers may still encounter legacy part numbers ending in "C" on installed equipment, maintenance records, specifications, purchase histories and older documentation.
The current D-Series models are the latest production versions and replace the previous C-Series models.

Unlike standby UPS systems, the S4K2U Series continuously converts incoming AC power to DC and then back to regulated AC output. This double-conversion process isolates connected equipment from utility power disturbances while providing seamless battery backup during outages.
External battery cabinets are available for S4K2U Series UPS systems to provide extended runtime during utility power outages. Battery cabinets should be selected based on the specific UPS model.
S4K2U Series UPS systems support communication, bypass and rack mounting accessories for monitoring, maintenance and installation flexibility.
